My name is Sophie Jackson. I am an integrative psychotherapist, accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), specialising in trauma, with a postgraduate diploma in trauma therapy.

I work with individuals experiencing addictive or compulsive behavioural patterns, those in recovery and family members affected by a loved one’s addiction. My client base is with both adults and young people aged 16 and above.
