You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Sometimes we simply want a space to think, reflect, make sense of things, or understand ourselves more deeply. Therapy offers a regular time and space to pause, speak freely, and work things through.
Perhaps something doesn’t feel quite right. Perhaps there is a sense of stuckness, uncertainty, or simply a feeling that something in your life needs attention or change.
My training in existential psychotherapy enables me to offer a space for reflection and exploration – an opportunity to think about how you are living, the choices you are making, and whether your life feels aligned with what matters most to you.
Sometimes we go to therapy just because.
